need 2 plugins

1. I have vbtubepro.php and i want to put that link on my NAV BAR,how to put it?
On this forum u have User CP Help Chat Members List New Posts Quick Links Log Out

now i want to put "Videos" and set path to my www.mydomain.com/vbtubepro.php

2.Can you tell me name or put link where i can download plugin where i can set users nick color like "Max , Janny , Ryan"

search "navbar" "articles" "titles only" and you'll get How To Add Additional Links To Your Navbar
