Where do you change the Registration closed message?
 

I would like to change the default registration closed message.
"Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator."
To something else, can anyone tell me where I can change this?

try changing it in the phrase manager.

ACP / Languages & Phrases / Search in Phrases

paste this text in that box:

registration has been disabled

click Find

now click Edit and change the default text there.
