i have remove the two products but still get this in my acp any idea how to remove this ?

make sure you removed all the files on the ftp related to that product as well

or try re importing it and removing it

ya as loco says, seems you have uninstalled flashchat and haven't removed the files. You need to remove the .XML files of flashchat in admincp dir.

thx was a xml file now its gone :)
