Adding Users Browsing, Topics, Posts Stats to Forum Home

I just redesigned my forum home and I like it except that it does not have the forumhome stats I liked such as how many browsing the forum and topics and posts.

Can someone please tell me where to find the code I need to place at the bottom where the red circle is.

I can not seem to find what code pulls that info.
