users doesnt see the full notepad
 

ive been moved from mybb 1.2.9 to vbulletin lately and when users (from the last forum) are going to the :"post new thread" or "post a reply" page , they doesnt see the all notepad , only the faces of the "post icons" and on textbox...
i know its something about the permissions but i cant find nothing that refer to my problem .

Maybe try vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options and set the clickable message formatting controls to 'Enable Standard and WYSIWYG Controls'.

Users can set it themselves (assuming you have it enabled in vBulletin Options) by going to their

UserCP > Edit Options > Miscellaneous Options > Message Editor Interface > Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

its already like that.. the all three.. (QUICK REPLY , QUICK EDIT AND FULL EDITOR)

Opserty, how can i set as default to view the "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing" ?
because all users doesnt see it although i have defined as cheat-master said..
