i combined my web and my vBulletin
 

but know how can i do that when some one is logging in the web he will automaticly be logged on forum and the opesit.

You need to write some code and add it into the registration page for each site. You can use a hook to add the code to the vbulletin side (so when they log into vb, they are logged into your web). Basically just copy the login code and add it to each side (web and vb).
