logout link out side of VB

Hey guys how can I generate the logout link out side of the vb install ??

like I have wordpress and vb working together but if I logout of WP I don't log out of vB but if i log out of vB it also logges me out of WP .... which I want

So how can I make a logout link show outside of the vb install

$salt is the 'salt' field in the user table. It is unique for each user.

where do you get COOKIE_SALT? is this the sessionhash?

Has anyone been able to do this? I need a logout on external page also.
