vbulletin add collection add on

I am looking for someone to help (basically write it cause I can't :)) a vbulletin collection addon. this is for limited edition collectibles. It will list a particular collectible (with pics and information about it). A user can check off that he/she owns that piece. Their user profile will reflect their collection. Also if these collectibles are numbered (say x out of 5000) they will be able to put the number they of the collectible they own (which will again show up in user profile) and it won't let anyone else use that particular number... That way in theory of 5,000 people own the collectible you will be able to tell which person has which number...
