User Name Change Not Reflected In Arcade
 

Apologies if this is a duplicate question, I did a search and can't find my answer in the threads.

Real simple: user asks for and is granted a change of user name. Admin makes the change in VB. However, after the change, the arcade continues to post the winners user name as the old name and not the new. When the user plays a new game that she had no previous score in, it always posts the users old user name. Hope that all made sense.

After the user name change, the update counters in VB were run, and user profiles and name changes were run as well.

Suggestions?

Go into Admin CP, Arcade, Score Tools, Update User Name, and click start. Make sure you hit continue on each page until it is on done page. That will fix your problem. So each time you change your user names and they play in the arcade make sure you do this to change from old name to new name.
