How to get list of previous expired paid subscribers

Hi All

I am wondering if there is a way to create a mailing list that contains all expired subscribers? I see them in a separate list in the AdminCP and so would assume that there is some way to obtain this list?

Or... do I need to generate a SQL statement that exports the username and email address...? If so, is anyone able to assist me please...?

Version I have: VB 3.7.2
