after converting from mybb to vbulletin
 

after converting from mybb to vbulletin, i asked from the users to renew the password, unless they wont succeed loggin in.

after a user renew his password and trying to login he get the message :

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

in addition, in the banned users list, there is no list.. none users...

what is the problem? and how can i fix it ?

hey ive looking at the link and gave each forum the permissions that i want for each user group, though registered users from the last forum which recovered their password still banned when they trying to enter the forum..
