i just switched from mybb to vbulletin and want let know all my users about the new board and that they need to renew their password.
how do i send a mail to all of my users ?

AdminCP > Users > Send Email to Users

What you also could do which I find more useful, is use the following vBulletin modification:

I like this better then the Administrator user interface.
