Random event/encounter.

Hello, I'm looking for somebody who can code or help me out with making a random event/encounter mod. Pretty much I would like to set something up with the Friendly Redirect page where it would randomly redirect to a random event that can be configured by the board admin some how.

I'm not sure where to even start with this so anybody who can be of help please let me know. :D
