How to set forum-wide Mods?
I dont think this question has been asked before, I ran a search and found nothing.
I have about 6 moderators, and I want to give them permission to moderate the board as a whole and not just forum by forum. I know how to add modertors to boards, but I don't want to have to do this to all boards. That would take forever. Also I don't want to give them supermod privs, are there any other options? So my question is: Is there a way to setup mods to moderate all boards without having to do it manually one board at a time? Thanks in advance. |
That is kind of the whole point of the super moderator group...
Why can't you make them super mods? |
is it the whole point of the super moderator group?
I want a moderator group that can oversee all of my forum areas. I still need a separate group that will oversee the moderator group. I dont want the moderator group to have the same powers & abilities that the super mods have. Also if I make my mods super mods then I would not have any regular mods. The different in powers and abilities between mods and super mods is much more than being able to moderate different forum areas. |
