Little pic icon next to a website's url.....
 

I want one! ha, ha Anyone know the steps or what may need to be done to get this?

Depends on what your trying to do exactly. Do you want the same pic for every URL, or a unique picture for certain websites?

I'm guessing the same pic for every URL is easier, so that's just fine with me. And this is just for the one and only website that I own/attempt to run and attempt to maintain. ha, ha

Its called a "favicon" google for it, there are loads of tutorials already out there.

Something like "how to add a favicon".
