Convert HTML

Is there a free product that will take a URL and convert it to the actual title of the site to which it links? I couldn't find anything via search, but maybe there's something.

Peace,
Gene

search "title" "all mods" "titles only" and you will see at least one.

It's designed for 3.6, but seems to work in 3.7.3PL1, although I understand that a newer version of one of the products I have, Passive Vid, might be incompatible. But so far so good. Thanks.

Many (most) modifications designed for 3.5/3.6 will work on 3.7.

I realize. What I do is first look for confirmation that there are no problems before I try one. :)

AME does this as well, though the new 3.7 version is temporarily not converting Amazon for some reason. Other then that, a definition can be made for specific sites to convert the URL to a Title, thumbnail or media.

What I have now is doing the job, thanks. I use Passive Vid for media.

AME seems a lot more comprehensive, but, I'll stick with the present lineup till I have a chance for further testing.

Peace,
Gene
