load problem from database
 

i have load very high and the forum must of the day not open
can any one help to fix that please

i have only this site in the server and it not very bic site
- Single CPU
- Core2Duo 3.00Ghz
- 4GB
- 2X250GB SATA
- 2000GB In/Out
- 5 Vlan Ips (/29)
- CentOS
- Cpanel/WHM
