Using Member Profile Customizations Elsewhere

What I'm trying to do is show the profile customizations of a particular user on that user's blog. I haven't dug too deeply into the code yet, but wondered if anyone else has done this, and if so, what is the easiest way?

I'm thinking it's gonna have something to do with a modified version of this code:
