If you're a member of Facebook, then you've probably seen this nifty little bar down at the bottom of all of the pages you visit. This little bar has a list of your friends that are online and as you browse the page, your chat windows stay open and you can chat with your friends that are online.

The only way to chat with vBulletin friends, as far as I'm aware, is to see that they're online and send them a PM. I think it would be awesome if someone would bring that technology into the forums and you could have a real time private chat with a friend, rather than using up all of their PM space with a slow conversation.
