Move tags to after the first post?

Hello,

I am trying to move the thread tags to after the first post. Can someone give me a clue as to how I might go about doing this?

I'm assuming you mean the tag feature .. if so it will not work..

it can only be done with extensive changes throughout your templates and additional plugins
