normally, if you view a board as a guest, you will only see "If this is your first visit, be sure to check out ....." In this case, Chris did something to his board so that you can see other stuffs and image on the right side... I wanted to know how to do that...

It looks like all he did was edit the "first_visit_message" phrase.
