can i Ban ?

Hi , how can i Ban some like this ? >>> llf520101.crawl.yahoo.net = IP 74.6.**.** , that showing join many connections

That is a Yahoo spider. I doubt you want to block that. You can however use a robots.txt (see examples on vB.com) to limit the number of spides active.
