anything like this? Banning users?
 

I am currently having this problem on my site, to where lil kids wont stop signing on, I keep banning their names and yet they keep makin a new one everytime... is there any way to keep them off my site for good??? please someone help me... I noticed also that Their ip addresses change all the time... how can i just make them go away??? Thanks!

You can't, really. Imagine you own a library, noisy kids keep coming in so you ban them. But next time they can just come in wearing a disguise, so you have to find them again and ban them.

I use this mod for that. I think when you outright ban them, you give them a reason to remake the account and turn it into a game. miserable users hack doesnt ban them and it generally slows them down from making a new account. ^^ Hope that helps.
