Score = 0 in tournament

We have a member, and when he participates in tournaments, he plays all 3 games, and it says his overall score is 0. Is this a bug or is the player doing something himself?

EDIT :

Can I get confirmation that this happens if a player refreshes the page after each game, I just tried that and the same thing happened.

Yes that happens. If you click the link to play the game from the tournie page, regrdless of what you do next that one game play counted.

So if the player clicks refresh, their back button or they navigate away from the page without playing they have wasted a go. If their connections to your server hangs and the game page does not load properly they have lost a go. This is not ideal as it then causes arguements about not being able to play all their games.

Here's the problem, I asked him about it, he says he didn't play any games for it yet. But that seems impossible. But the only way known that this could happen would be if he in some way tried to play the game right? I'm trying to get more info from him on what he's saying happened though.

It does happen - or least on my site it does. People click around and do not pay attention and before you know it they loose their go.

If he is saying he didn't play yet then make sure that he has not been elimated because he didn't play within the auto disqualification time limit. If somone gets auto disqulaified because they didn't play after x number of days it shows them as having played 3/3 games and a score of zero. Difference is the box turns red to indicate auto disqualification instead of grey for being beaten.

refreshing a page is the problem, thats why it reads "do not reload this page" in the tournament-game ...
