Changing the time of all users?
 

Hello to you all,
I want to know how is it possible to change the time of the forum for all users instead of going to each user one by one and change the regional settings??

PS: In my country the made the Day-Light saving :

The users should have the option in their UserCP to have their time automatically changed when daylight saving is in effect.

Yes, that is correct, but a lot of them don't know how too, so I just want to do it myself to all of them!
