New Posts / Today's Posts Mod

We need a mod where we can exclude certain forums from appearing on the New_Posts / Today's_Posts searches for users while moderators and admin still retain the ability to see ALL new posts.

This would make it much easier to moderate off topic forums that are excluded from New_Posts searches.
