Cant Download PM's
 

I have been getting several complaints from members that they cant download there PM's in neither format (xml,txt,etc) I have tried a few different browsers and I get the same results. there are some members that can download with no issues and some that cant including myself the admin?

Any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it

What error message do you receive?

I get no error it just sits there and does nothing when I choose any format to download.

Try disabling your modifications and see if you can download them. Or, make a new default vbulletin style (Style Manager > Create New Style > select No Parent) and go to the page using that style and see if you can download them using that style.

Yes I have created a new style and tried to download the PM's and I get the same results?

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

I have disabled the plugin system and tried again but same results. Basically when I click on the dowload PM in any format the browser say "Loading" and never downloads anything

Do you have a site link and a test account with some test pms so we can check this out ourselves?
