Merging DB's?

Hey guys,

I have licenses for three separate packages, www.expressionengine.com's CMS system, NetArt Media's Jobs Portal 1.3, and a vBulletin forum.

I want to have the three packages run off one database that holds the user credentials so users don't have to register for each section on the same website... is there any way to do this?

Is this possible? :confused:
