problem with nojs GET param

Hi,

I have a problem with the nojs GET parameter on my forum - it's being applied to the thread tools, search thread etc. links at the top of a thread/forum but i do have javascript enabled. I'm using firefox 3. Have I broken something in VB which detects JS?
The main reason I need this fixed is that when the nojs param is there the page layout breaks - the content ends up inside the left hand nav somehow, even though the navbar template ends with a div opening for the content.
