Embedding vBulletin into my CMS Template

I recently bought a template from www.customcms.net under the impression that I could embed my vBulletin software into the template instead of their forums, although they do not supply a tutorial.

Could anyone tell me if this is possible, and where I could find getting this done at.

Wouldnt it be better embedding a cms into a vb template?
