How Can I Have Muliple Forums Like vbulletin.org

How can I have mulitple forums connected, just like vbulletin.org Have the same users logged in... I wanted to have different catagories with different themes...

Can this be done? Is there a mod?

Just set the display order of the forum to zero and then manually link to the forum.
