Emergency...please help

Nobody can login to my board! Its turned on and I can use it fine. I can post and everything. I can't think of anything off hand that would make this happen. I did move servers....yesterday...but it worked after that. Please help.

I just got an email from a user that they get the message that shows when the board is turned off....I just checked and its ON?

Can you give me the URL of the board please? Give me a user login with admin privs and I'll see what I can do for you :) )

With all due respect , I would think VERY hard before giving someone you have no knowledge of any access to your forum/admin panel.

Ask at vB.com and IF it is necessary for someone to access the admin panel the staff there would be the people to allow in.

Most likely the DNS has not propagated yet and the other members are still using your old server (with the board closed on that server).

Please do not ask members for admin logins to their board. Either help in public or let them solve it in a support ticket on vB.com.

I was thinking that as well...but its been almost 24 hours.......isn't that too long?

DNS can take 48 hrs plus to propogate, it is very variable.

Can you give the forum URL so we can check it for you?

To be sure ask 1 of your complaining members to do a ping for your domain and see if they get the IP address of the new server.
