help on forum section?
 

i need help on the forum main page, every section is stuck to each other like example below

This is how its set and i dont like it..

- sections under that forum name
- sections under that forum name

- sections under that forum name

- sections under that forum name

this is how i want it

i can't figure out where to but <br /> for this to space the sections from each other. somone help plz?
