How to improve New Threads Creation?

Hello guys...

I've a big forum with more than 100.000 registered users... always almost 600 concurrent users.

I've improved registration rates, I`ve improved server performance, but I still did not found How to make users to create more threads?

do you have some idea on HOW to incentivate them in order to have more content every day?
