VB 3.7 mods on VB 3.6
 

Hi,

Sounds a vague question but can some VB 3.7 mods work on Vb 3.6? and vice versa?

Some probably will, others wont :)

Sometimes you need to install it on a test site first and see.

Depends. Many mods will, but anything pertaining to the profile, social groups, tags, prefixes etc will fail. Some mods of course won't and hence often also have a 3.6 version (I know at least vB Credits does this).

Also, a lot of (useful) hooks have been added in 3.7 - so you will see some features missing or broken because of this. Of course, you can often just add the hooks in vB 3.6 where they are missing.
