I unfortunatly I delete 4 Sub Forum

It is possible To Resote

There is Lot of Posts Is there

please Help me Any one

The only way to get them back is to restore a backup of the database from before you deleted them.

I have Yesterday Back Up

How can i Resote with current Database sir
