Restricting URLs by todays post count

Hi,

I am running vB 3.6.7 & FlashChat. I would like to be able to restrict the FlashChat application based on the members posts for today.

For example, the member would need to have at least 3 posts before being able to access FlashChat.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
