Where do i view signups who are waiting for me to validate?
 

I have set in registration for me to validate before they can post or create threads

But where in admincp do i view these signups who are waiting for me to validate them?

On your main admin page there should be a link that says "Users to moderate" click the word [view]
If they have not validated the email they won't show there, but you can go to Users section of left menu, click search for users and click those links to find them.

If they don't show on the main page, I wouldn't approve them. ;)
