Text Table Border

I need it so the table that border when i enter text is a fixed border like 1px like here on vbulletin.org anyone can help me please.

That's just what the non WYSIWYG editor box looks like, and if you set the editor for yourself to the WYSIWYG one here, it'll look just like your own forum or whatever.

Yeah, if you want it default, just disable the WYSIWYG editor by default.
