Reconfirm email after one week to ensure not temp email?
 

Is it possible for vbulletin to send another confirmation after 1 week to ensure it is not a temporary email?

If they can't activate it then give the user to resend email or change the email to a proper one?

Then this process starts again? i.e. after another week it will send an email to validate?

Only when the email is validated will the process stop.

or better still

any updated list of temp email providers to ban?

I've never seen something like this. Are you worried that users are changing their emails after registering and you don't want that to happen?
