Exactly what I was looking for! I admin our company BB and we do allow some of our larger clients to have access. I've had registration turned off to keep unauthorized users from registering. Finally I can consider turning it back on!

Is there a way to set a new users default usergroup based on their email domain?

Example:

users@ourcompany.com = our company usergroup
users@client1company.com = client 1 usergroup
users@client2comapny.com = client 2 usergroup

Each of our client companies that have access to our BB have their own usergroup and forum permissions assigned.

I guess I can still moderate all new registrations and manually set their usergroup! If anyone has any suggestion on how to get this to automatically change after email confirmation, let me know!

GREAT MOD! Clicked INSTALL

If you put "@mydomain.com", it allows @mydomain.com to register.

If I want @*.mydomain.com, where * is anything to register, do I use @*.mydomain.com or do I need to specify what * is?
