When User is Banned, Creates a Thread with Info?
 

I'm looking for a modification that will create a thread in a forum of choice with information concerning a ban. So for instance, if I banned John for spamming, it would make a thread in forum 19 similar to this:

Thread Name: Banned: John
Content:
Reason: Spamming
Length: 3 days

This would allow for the staff of our website to discuss or make comments privately in a controlled manner. It doesn't have to be exactly like that, but yeah. That's the idea.

I can't seem to find anything via searching, but figured someone here might know of a modification.

Just use infractions for this and set them up to create a thread.
