Where do I go to view the notes, and what the heck is the deal with the first option that refers to soft-deleting visitor messages and such?

Hmm.. When I enable this hack "misc.php?do=getsmilies" gives me a No Permissions error.

How do you actually GET to the list once this is installed? Can't find a link to it anywhere, though I can manually enter the URL as stated above and see it. Am I missing a link or button somewhere in the admin CP or on the forum itself to get this list to appear? or do i just have to bookmark it in my browser, which seems dumb.

This is SO close to a very useful function... just needs a template modification or some other way that the list can be generated by permitted usergroups while on the forum, without manually entering a URL or using it via a bookmark.
