is there a mod that tells me every users password so if they forget it they can tell me and i can tell them?

You don't need a mod, its a built in feature!

Here is what you do:
Admincp - Quick Search User (type in their name)
In the Quick User Links for that user, select : Email Password Reminder to User.

Done!

Tell them to use the "Lost Password" feature.

There is no way to see a users password.

but there is a way. Bruteforce the password from the md5 hash tag
