Exclude notices from adsense

Hello,

What is the best way to have google adsense ignore the content in notices?

adsense ignore nothing... even if you trick it... btw, if google "feel" that there is hidden content on your site, it will simply deactivate your site from the list, this is already part of the EULA...

I've seen it before. I'm 99% sure it still exists but I can't find it.

There are definitely stop and restart comments for adsense to follow.
