Rules for each forum

I?m looking for a hack that let me put a disclaimer or a set of rules when a user posts his first thread in a forum. There some mods for rules, but they dont let you make different rules for each forum (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...t=thread+rules adn Cyb advanced forum rules)
