Request Mod: Site Emails "Help Center"?

Hi all you Mods...is there a way I can request a mod so INSTEAD of putting ONE e-mail, where the site e-mails go to, they would go to a kind of "Help Center" for the Admin/Mods to look over and help? Thanks! Just an idea...
