How would I add a banner?
 
How would I add a banner on my site at the top right to the right of the logo?

It will be a random banner as it would show a few different ones depending on who advertises at my site?

Which file would need to be edited?

The site is : Coventry City

You can make use of the Ad Location templates in 3.7 Edit the Ad_location templates.
Admin CP > Style Manager > <<>> > Ad Location Templates.

You can try the ad_header_logo templates

I have tried all of those but with no luck :(
