If I want a members profile URL to go from

http://www.projectfanboy.com/vb/member.php?u=162

to

http://www.projectfanboy.com/USERNAME

(Username would be in whatever they users username is obviously.)

How would I go about doing that?

I want to be able to link to my profile on other sites as

http://www.projectfanboy.com/Steven

and have it take me here

http://www.projectfanboy.com/vb/member.php?u=162
