Moderator question

IS there like a guide for moderators so they know what to do and when to do it?
I need a guide for some moderators.

I have never seen one posted. When this topic has been brought up before, the consensus has always been that the admin knows what they want the mods to do and when and therefore should be the one to write the "mod manual".
